Job summary

Ormeau Veterinary Hospital, part of Apiam Animal Health, is seeking a friendly Casual Receptionist to join our busy team between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, answer phones, process payments and support the clinical team with administrative tasks.

Prior reception or customer service experience is valued; veterinary knowledge is a bonus but not essential. You'll work across weekdays with potential for peak periods coverage, in a welcoming clinic that

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a friendly and organised Casual Receptionist to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their career in administration, customer service or the veterinary industry.

You don't need veterinary experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with great people skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, administration, healthcare, childcare or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome clients and patients to the clinic

• Availability across weekdays is essential.
• Additional flexibility to assist with leave coverage and peak periods will be highly regarded
