Frenchview Lifestyle Village in Grantville, Victoria, is seeking a Park Manager to lead day-to-day park operations and an onsite team. You will drive occupancy, resident experience and commercial performance while ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you will manage maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and administration, build strong relationships with residents and local partners, and ensure safety and compliance.

We’re looking for an experienced Park Manager to lead our Frenchview community.
This is a varied, hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the park, lead the onsite team, build strong relationships with residents and guests, and ensure the community continues to perform commercially while presenting to a high standard.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, All Age Living & BTR, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of Frenchview and lead the onsite grounds, maintenance, housekeeping and administration functions.

You could start the morning checking in with your team and reviewing maintenance priorities, spend part of the day working through occupancy or financial performance, connect with residents or guests in the afternoon, and finish by planning an upcoming community event or speaking with a local business about a potential group booking.
You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your community while having the support and resources of the broader Eureka team behind you.
