The Campbell Vet is looking for a warm, capable and highly organised receptionist to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in doing things well, and understands just how much a great receptionist contributes to the experience of both clients and their pets.

We work from our modern, purpose-designed veterinary clinic in Campbell and have a friendly, close-knit team who care a great deal about providing excellent veterinary care in a calm and welcoming environment.

We want our receptionist to make every client feel looked after from the moment they call or walk through the door. That means being friendly and positive, remembering the details, communicating clearly, anticipating what people need and being willing to go that little bit further.

You’ll need to be highly organised and comfortable managing phones, appointments and the many little things that keep a veterinary clinic running smoothly. There will certainly be busy moments, so being able to prioritise, think on your feet and stay warm and composed is important.

Most of all, we’re looking for someone with genuine care for people, a great phone manner and a natural instinct for making things run well.

Previous veterinary experience isn’t essential. We’re happy to provide all the veterinary-specific training you’ll need. What matters most to us is that you’re great with people, organised, willing to learn and genuinely care about doing a good job.
