Vision Radiology Kangaroo Flat is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to greet patients, manage appointments, and handle enquiries in a busy imaging clinic. You will support clinical and admin teams, ensure accurate patient records, and uphold professional patient care standards.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday roster with Saturday shifts on rotation, and comprehensive training with Melbourne-based accommodation during initial training.

Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our Kangaroo Flat team.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an important first point of contact for our patients and will work closely with our clinical and administration teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ideally, You Will Have

• Previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience using medical booking or practice management systems
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• A genuine interest in providing a positive patient experience
• A professional and polished approach to patient care

Medical imaging experience is advantageous, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Training Provided

We understand that starting a new role in medical imaging involves learning new systems, processes and procedures.

Comprehensive training will be provided, with the successful applicant completing their initial training in Melbourne.

For applicants based in or travelling from Kangaroo Flat, Vision Radiology will cover the cost of accommodation in Melbourne for the duration of the required training period.

This provides you with the opportunity to receive hands-on training and become confident in our systems and processes before commencing your role at our Kangaroo Flat clinic.
