Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Australia is seeking an experienced professional to join the Team and contribute to our service offering, delivering exceptional customer service as the first point of engagement for all members and visitors at our 5-star quality clubs.

You will be immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills, and bring demonstrated experience in reception management or member concierge roles, thriving in a positive, energetic, flexible team environment.

About You

• Leadership experience or ready to take the next step into a leadership role
• You will be immaculately presented
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated experience in a reception management,member concierge or similar role
• It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being able to adaptable, flexible and a real team player
• Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Key Skills

• Highly organised and methodical
• Ability to juggle priorities and be able to think on your feet
• Ability to prioritise tasks on the run
• Ability to build rapport with team and our Members
• First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable
