Job summary

Next Generation Clubs is seeking a casual receptionist in Ryde, NSW. You’ll be the first point of engagement for members and visitors, delivering exceptional service in a 5 star, health-focused environment.

Join a team with a supportive culture, flexible hours and access to facilities and member discounts. To be considered you should be immaculately presented with strong communication skills and prior reception or concierge experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception, concierge or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Immaculately presented with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team.
• First Aid/CPR certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of engagement for members and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support club operations and assist with member queries.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and organised reception area.

• You will be immaculately presented;
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
• Demonstrated experience in a reception, member concierge or similar role.
• It is important that you are positive, energetic and pride yourself on being able to adaptable, flexible and a real team player.
• Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

Key Skills

• Highly organised and methodical;
• Ability to prioritise tasks on the run;
• Ability to build a rapport with clients.
• First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable;
