Job summary

Total Tools Castle Hill is seeking a Full Time Receiving & Warehouse Team Member who is passionate about tools and trades. You will handle receiving, warehousing and order processing while delivering great service. The role requires accuracy, good communication, forklift license, and comfort with technology.

Day-to-day involves stock control, helping customers, and maintaining safe, organised storage. This position offers a Monday–Friday roster with occasional weekend work and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Previous receiving and warehousing experience
• Methodical and well organised
• Has worked with, understands, and has a passage for tools
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
• Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license)

Total Tools Castle Hill is looking for a Full Time Receiving & Warehouse Team Member, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit an organised and detail-orientated person, ideally with previous experience using an inventory system. You will have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous goods receiving experience is essential to exceed in this role.
