Job summary

Pacific Fresh located in Leeton, NSW, is seeking a Receivals Team Leader to oversee our receivals area. Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you will lead the team, coordinate daily tasks, support safe loading and unloading, and maintain quality traces and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include guiding the team in receivals procedures, food safety, equipment operation, and troubleshooting, while ensuring accurate data and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and at least two years in warehousing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient MS Office and computer skills.
• Hands-on leadership, problem-solving and team coordination.
• First Aid and Chemical Handling certificates, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receivals team and allocate tasks to ensure a safe, efficient workflow.
• Coach and train team members in receivals procedures, food safety and equipment operation.
• Coordinate safe loading/unloading of fruit bins, trucks and chemicals.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety, quality and hygiene requirements are met.
• Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance and minor repairs.
