Job summary

Pacific Fresh in Leeton, NSW, is seeking a capable Receivals Team Leader to support the efficient operation of its receivals area. Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you will lead the team, coordinate daily tasks and ensure safe loading and unloading of fruit bins and deliveries.

You will maintain quality, traceability and HACCP compliance, monitor equipment, manage data systems, and foster strong communication with growers, transport contractors and other departments.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Forklift Licence and at least 2 years of warehousing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Hands-on leadership, problem-solving and team coordination.
• First Aid Certificate and Chemical Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in citrus industry or packing facility is advantageous.
• Commitment to Pacific Fresh procedures, safety requirements, values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receivals team, allocate tasks and monitor progress for safe, efficient workflow.
• Coach team on receivals procedures, food safety, equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate safe loading/unloading of fruit bins, juice trucks and chemical deliveries.
• Ensure post-harvest activities meet HACCP, food safety, quality and hygiene.
• Monitor machinery operation and cleanliness; arrange minor repairs and maintenance support.
• Manage transport booking system and update delivery time-slots.
• Maintain data and traceability records using computer systems.
• Monitor dip tank and chemical application to protect fruit quality.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, supervisors, growers, transport, and other departments.
• Respond quickly to production issues and support smooth operations and timely shipments.
