Smart Energy is seeking a Credit & Accounts Receivable Officer based in the Northern Rivers region to own rebate recovery and manage outstanding receivables. You’ll turn complex data from Xero, Airtable and Formbay into actionable insights for the business.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with installers, internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, improve controls and accelerate recovery timelines while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret ageing reports.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail in reconciliations and ledgers.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.
• Practical approach to improving processes and solving problems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of rebate recovery and outstanding receivables.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve overdue items with stakeholders.
• Consolidate data from Xero, Airtable, Formbay to maintain rebate ledger.
• Produce clear reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve rebate workflows.
• Support automation and system integration initiatives.
