The role is designed for juniors eager to learn and progress into a full Sales Agent career, with a supportive team culture and a strong local presence. Availability to work Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration (COR) is required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Supporting two experienced agents with day‑to‑day sales activities.
• Attending open homes and assisting with property inspections.
• Managing and maintaining the sales database.
• Conducting warm and cold calls to prospective clients.
• Building relationships with buyers, vendors and local homeowners.
• Assisting with prospecting and lead generation.
• Learning the sales process from experienced industry professionals.
• Providing general administrative and sales support.
