• Current driver’s license.
• Willing to obtain Certificate IV in Real Estate if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assist with open homes and inspections.
• Provide support to vendors and buyers.
• Prepare listing and presentation materials.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials.
• Prepare CMAs.
• Property settlement support, including pre-settlement checks.
• Database management.
• Support with general administration as required.
