You will receive on-the-job training, support from a supportive team, and opportunities to progress as you support open homes, listings, CMAs, marketing materials, and vendor/buyer relationships. A proactive, team-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• You don't need years of experience; attitude and work ethic matter.
• Certificate IV in Real Estate – or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with open homes and inspections.
• Provide support to vendors and buyers.
• Prepare listing and presentation materials.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials.
• Preparing CMAs.
• Property settlement support, including pre-settlement checks.
• Database management.
• General administration as required.
