Marino Fatovic Team in Queensland is seeking a Real Estate Sales Associate to source and nurture leads, assist buyer enquiries, and help clients find properties that suit their needs. The role involves attending valuations, conducting property viewings, and maintaining strong client relationships, with the sales team aiming to meet targets.

A positive, proactive attitude and a valid QLD driver’s license are required.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend building + pest and bank valuations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Manage and update client databases

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, real estate or a customer-facing role.


• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others


• A genuine passion for helping others


• Ability to work both independently and within a team


• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn


• A QLD driver’s license and access to a car
