Sentry Recruitment Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Property Analyst to support the Fund Manager in analyzing and reporting the group’s portfolio to capital partners and directors. You will help manage performance, risk, budgets, and cash flows across core real estate assets and liaise with valuers and stakeholders.

The role involves interaction with internal and external partners and exposure to multiple asset classes within a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in property, finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Valuation experience in commercial real estate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and report investment fund performance.
• Prepare budgets and cashflow for investment funds.
• Coordinate external valuations with valuers and internal valuations.
• Monthly portfolio and business operation reporting.
• Assist with statutory valuation review processes.
• Ad-hoc financial modelling for acquisitions, divestments, developments, lease deals and market analysis.
• Day-to-day administration including lease management, JV requests and governance.
• Maintain leasing and tenant database.
• Maintain sales database.
• Ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks as directed.
