Job summary

High-Growth Property Investment & Development Groups is seeking a Property Analyst to support investment decisions through feasibility studies, market research and financial modelling. You will collaborate with acquisitions, development and finance teams to assess viability and shape portfolio strategy.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in property analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with EstateMaster.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, or Property.
• 2–4 years' property analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills with modelling experience.
• Experience with EstateMaster is a plus.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting investment decisions through the preparation of detailed feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling. You’ll work closely with acquisitions, development and finance teams to assess project viability, optimise performance and shape portfolio strategy.
