Job summary
High-Growth Property Investment & Development Groups is seeking a Property Analyst to support investment decisions through feasibility studies, market research and financial modelling. You will collaborate with acquisitions, development and finance teams to assess viability and shape portfolio strategy.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in property analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with EstateMaster.
Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, or Property.
- 2–4 years' property analysis experience.
- Strong Excel skills with modelling experience.
- Experience with EstateMaster is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex feasibility models in Excel.
- Conduct market research and due diligence.
- Analyse investment returns and project metrics.
- Prepare internal investment papers for leadership.
- Support ongoing performance monitoring across projects.
