Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a Funds Management Associate in Sydney to join its real estate debt funds team. You’ll support portfolio management, reporting, and fundraising efforts, coordinating with CFO and internal teams to ensure timely NAVs and distributions.

The role requires a Finance degree with 5–8 years in banking or funds management, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills. CFA/CAIA (Level 1+) preferred and a collaborative, hands-on approach is ideal for a small team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Studies or similar.
• Approximately 5–8 years’ experience in banking, funds management or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management: build and maintain fund models and assess the loan book.
• Fund reporting and operations: prepare investor reports, NAV forecasting and distributions.
• Capital raising and investor relations: prepare decks, run DDQs and support new funds.
• Market and strategy: track CRE debt market and contribute to House View.
