AltX Financial Group in Sydney seeks a Funds Management Analyst to support property debt funds and individual investments. You will handle investor onboarding, KYC/AML checks, and respond to investor queries, while monitoring deals and preparing investor reports.

Responsibilities include reviewing deal documentation, validating data, and ensuring accuracy across lifecycle reporting. Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI/Tableau are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in finance or quantitative field.
• Around 3–5 years’ experience in financial services, funds management or analytics.
• Understanding of investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes.
• Experience reviewing fund reports or investor communications.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data validation and visualization.
• Financial modelling and forecasting capability.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deals.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and investors.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing property debt funds and investments for investors.
• Support fund reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse financial information and present findings to the Manager – Funds Management.
• Review investment memorandums for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify deal information and supporting documentation before reporting.
• Monitor deals through lifecycle from offer to repayment.
• Review and maintain investor trackers and records for accuracy.
• Respond to investor queries on onboarding, investments and deal events.
• Identify process improvements across onboarding and reporting.
