Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Relevant funds or property sector experience as a FM or Senior FM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with initiative and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad oversight of financial control and day-to-day fund operations.
• Oversee outsourced providers and lead financial reporting, NAV calculations and cashflow forecasting.
• Assist with financing arrangements and compliance.
• Liaise with internal finance/compliance, investment partners, external accountants/auditors and bankers.
