Aufgaben

• Drive new business growth and expand the existing property management rent roll.
• Generate new managements through self-generated leads, referrals and existing business relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors and prospective clients.
• Work closely with an established sales team to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct rental appraisals, listing presentations and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and investors.
• Play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the property management division.
