Local Agent Caloundra is a proudly independent real estate agency serving the needs of the southern Sunshine Coast area for more than 20 years.
Our agency is currently offering an outstanding opportunity for either an inexperienced
person to enter the real-estate industry and learn essential skills and gain formal
qualifications across a wide range of property management areas, or for an experienced
property professional wishing to broaden their real-estate knowledge and skills beyond
simply managing a rental portfolio.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, but our family-friendly agency is very
accommodating to employees wishing to adjust work hours to cater for personal
commitments such as school times. The position comes with full training and mentoring,
and provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to learn about rental
property management, holiday property management, to experience the role of a sales
assistant, to learn office reception and to gain formal property management qualifications if
required.
If you are an enthusiastic, energetic and capable candidate with a strong desire to learn all
aspects of real-estate and how an agency functions, THIS 'ALL-ROUNDER' POSITION IS
FOR YOU!
As a family owned and operated business, Local Agent enjoys a strong and supportive team environment with just the right balance of professionalism and fun. Supported by a 6-month probationary period.
Our office boasts experienced team members who provide a strong supportive culture focused on individual development and customer service.
Will be enthusiastic and energetic, keen to learn new skills and take directions, preferably (but not essentially) experienced in property management and/or real estate administration.
