Job summary

Your Property Co is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to manage a portfolio of residential properties on the Sunshine Coast. You will list properties, market them, run open homes and private inspections, and coordinate appraisals.

You will prospect for new listings, build client relationships, prepare listing presentations, and negotiate sales contracts, with a focus on client care and compliance. A valid Real Estate Licence is required, along with a strong service mindset and flexibility

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential properties, including listing, marketing, and conducting open homes and private inspections. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing listing presentations, and negotiating sales contracts. The role involves coordinating property appraisals, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the broader team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to the agency’s growth and reputation.

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
