Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Ready Return Officer for the Coolangatta Airport on-site location. You will greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure a WOW experience while inspecting vehicles and maintaining roadworthiness.

The role requires strong communication, a can-do attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift. A valid Australian licence and work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Computer literacy skills required.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
• A positive can do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey.
• Ensure that the customer's experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred.
• Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer.
• Assist customers who are commencing their journey.
• Conduct damage inspection of returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles, to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction.
• Check vehicles for roadworthiness, oil levels and tyre pressure; inspect for chips or panel damage and general wear.
