Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a part-time Vehicle Service Agent for our Cairns City team. You will perform vehicle cleaning, safety checks, refueling and driving between locations, all while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a flexible, team-oriented individual with a valid Australian driver's license and Australian work rights. Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Clean vehicles.
• Check vehicle road-worthiness, fluid levels and tyre pressure.
• Check for chips/damage on windscreens and panels.
• Refuel company vehicles as required.
• Drive vehicles between locations.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Vehicle Service Agent to join our Cairns City team on a part time basis.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that a high standard of customer satisfaction is achieved
• Cleaning vehicles
• Checking the vehicles for road-worthiness and ensuring appropriate fluid levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
• Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle
• Refueling company vehicles as required
• Driving vehicles between locations

To be considered, you should possess:

• Computer literacy skills required
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights
• A positive can do attitude!
