The Fragrance Shop in Sheffield is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and help customers find the right fragrances, while processing transactions at the till and supporting store deliveries and merchandising.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fragrance, able to provide product knowledge, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Ability to upsell and match fragrances to customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs.
• Assisting customers with queries using product knowledge.
• Processing transactions at the till point.
• Assisting with store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
• Keeping the store presentable and inviting for customers.

As a Sales Consultant at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for;

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
