The Fragrance Shop in Newcastle is seeking a Seasonal Sales Consultant who thrives in a busy, fragrance-focused environment. You will deliver friendly service, help customers find their perfect fragrance, and contribute to a lively shopping experience with knowledge-driven recommendations.

You'll assist with till transactions, stock management and store merchandising while upholding brand standards and delivering quality customer care.

As a Seasonal Sales Consultant at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for;

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
