Job summary

Funlab is seeking Front of House team members for Strike Bowling at King Street Wharf in Sydney. Bring your energy and love of service to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll drive sales, be trained across roles from bar to reception, and work nights and weekends. RSA/WWCC is helpful; we hire for attitude, not just skills, and offer development and awesome perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail.
• Ability to engage a diverse guest range.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.
• RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and top-tier service mindset.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and guest engagement.
• Understand daily goals and collaborate with the team to succeed.
• Keep the venue well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
• Be trained across areas (bar, reception, functions) and bring your A game.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
• Go above and beyond and anticipate guests’ needs.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
