MECCA Brands in WA is seeking a passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our Claremont store. Be the expert in fragrance and guide customers toward the perfect scent, both for daily life and special occasions.

You'll work with a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, share knowledge of top, middle, and base notes, and showcase our latest brands and products while enjoying generous staff benefits and a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven fragrance knowledge and ability to discuss top/middle/base notes for body and home.
• Strong customer service and product recommendation skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers through the scent journey and close sales with confidence.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance; helping our customers to find the best scent for them and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through-out the store

What success looks like in this role

• Proven fragrance experience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home
• Highly skilled at taking customers on a journey to find the right fragrance notes for their needs, whether it be their new daily scent or providing an in-depth wedding consultation helping the happy couple choose memorable scents for their special day.
• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing
• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
