UKCIL is seeking a friendly PA Support Worker to help a 45-year-old man with sensory impairment, epilepsy and short-term memory loss enjoy a full, active life in Croydon. This 15-hour-per-week role spreads across Monday, Wednesday and Friday and includes daytime and occasional evening activities, with a focus on participation, encouragement and shared experiences.
Responsibilities include meal preparation, social activities, and supporting independence.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and proactive PA Support Worker to support a 45-year-old man with sensory impairment, epilepsy and short-term memory loss to enjoy an engaging and fulfilling life both in the community and socially.
This is not a clinical care role. It’s about participation, encouragement, confidence building and shared activities.
You will be someone who genuinely enjoys getting involved, helping plan outings, and being part of the experience.
