Ayrshire Independent Living Network is seeking a part-time Companion Support Worker in Cumnock to provide personal care and practical support to a gentleman.
You will assist with showering, dressing, meal prep, medication support and household tasks, with flexibility for weekend work and some driving as needed.

Times Employer willing to be flexible with days and times, but will include weekends at times.
Location: Cumnock
Personal Assistant / Companion required to provide support to a gentleman in Cumnock.
He has a wheelchair which he only uses when necessary.
To provide personal care support including showering, dressing, meal prep, assistance with medication, as well as household tasks.
Assistance with shopping, paperwork, ordering medication
You may be asked at times to assist with covering for other staff that assist with his social support ( if they are on A/L or off sick ) you may be accompanying the gentleman on outings to golf / fishing weather permitting and to appointments.
Full Drivers licence preferred, as will occasionally have to drive the employer’s vehicle if he is unwell. Previous experience working in the care sector

There is a 6 month probationary period attached to this post, please note there is a 1 weeks notice within this period if things don’t work out
