Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA services to children in home, school or community settings in Australia. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and diligently collect progress data to guide treatment.

We offer mentorship, development opportunities to become a BCBA, and growth within a supportive team, with flexible scheduling and travel reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
