Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Australia. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior support plans under supervision.

This role is part-time with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs. You will record data, collaborate with a clinical team, and help families support their children's goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practices.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
