Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Australia. Provide one-on-one ABA services, implement evidence-based interventions, and track progress with families and the clinical team.

We offer same-day pay, flexible part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs. No experience? Paid training is provided and you can grow with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
