Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Australia is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team, delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
