Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans and record progress under BCBA supervision, promoting learning and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling, career growth, and opportunities to advance from RBT toward BCBA with our support. Local travel to sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
