Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a major household name customer. You will manage a large operational team, guide coordinators, allocate resources, and drive safety, accuracy and on-time delivery in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles.
• Experience across automated warehouses (desirable).
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience.
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan.
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
