Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead operations for a major customer, ensuring service levels and operational excellence every day. You will manage a large 3PL warehouse team, develop people, allocate resources, and build strong relationships with customers while consistently meeting deadlines and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL warehouse operations and spare parts warehousing.
• Proven performance management and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge and use of WMS, preferably Manhattan.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across spare parts warehouses
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
