DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking experienced operational leaders for a Supervisors role based in Melbourne. You will lead large teams, manage resources and partner with customers to deliver innovative logistics solutions.

The role requires strong performance management, leadership in a fast-moving environment, and a focus on delivering value and customer satisfaction. On-site operations in Melbourne with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse or transport environment.
• Experience with automated warehouses is desirable.
• Proven performance management and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Familiarity with WMS systems, preferably Manhattan.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse or transport enviroment
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
