Marex in Sydney seeks an experienced, ambitious junior-level professional to manage a portfolio of interest rate products. You will work autonomously and with a team, engaging with clients to maintain relationships and attract new flow.

You will handle interest rate swaps (AUD/NZD), onboard new clients, support risk/compliance requirements, and collaborate with Operations and Technology to improve efficiency and P&L through market analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Dealing in interest rate swaps for AUD and NZD products.
• Indirectly corresponding with clients, including Banks, HFs and Real Money.
• Onboarding new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, assisting with support processes and updating clients.
• Supporting efficiencies and helping prepare new frameworks.
• Collaborating with Operations and Technology to support trading activities.
• Strategizing to increase P&L through market analysis.
