Qualifications

  • Competent in animal handling of dogs, cats, and livestock.
  • Working ability to produce documents and access and maintain computer data.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Local Government, Companion Animals, Biosecurity, and Work Health and Safety Acts and Regulations specific to the work area.
  • Ability to apply and use chemical and mechanical control of weeds safely and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and work unsupervised.
  • AQF III Chemical Accreditation.
  • Class C drivers’ licence.
