Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a Rail Track Worker with AT welding experience to join ongoing rail projects based in Western Australia. The role supports rail track works, collaborates with site crews, and requires adherence to safety protocols.

This full-time position typically runs Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or night shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of proven rail experience, a C‑class licence, White Card, and Rail

Qualifications

• Three years of proven rail industry experience.
• C‑class driver’s licence and White Card required.
• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure; Certificate III preferred.
• AT welding ticket highly regarded.
• Machine operating experience and ARC/PTA safe‑working competencies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of rail track works across long‑term project assignments.
• Work with site crews using the competencies and authorisations required for assigned rail tasks.
• Apply safe working practices and communicate clearly with the team.

Our client is an engineering and construction business working across transport, defence and major infrastructure. It combines project delivery expertise with a focus on collaboration, technical improvement and sustainable outcomes.

The Opportunity

Join ongoing rail works based from Henderson, supporting different networks across Western Australia. This full-time position generally runs Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and night shifts available.

Your Responsibilities

• Support delivery of rail track works across long-term project assignments.
• Work with site crews using the competencies and authorisations required for assigned rail tasks.
• Apply safe working practices and communicate clearly with the team.
  
  

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience in a similar role.
• A minimum C-class driver’s licence and White Card.
• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure; Certificate III is preferred.
• An AT welding ticket is highly regarded.
• Machine operating experience and ARC/PTA safe-working competencies are desirable.
• A positive team approach and effective communication.
