Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking a Civil Labourer and Machine Operator for a Pilbara rail site, based on a 14/7 roster with hire point in Perth. You will assist with general labouring, support cable pulling, and apply machine-operating skills on site to ensure safe, efficient work.

The role requires a C-class licence, White Card, and the ability to pass a Category 3 medical, with good safety and teamwork mindset to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• C-class driver licence and Construction White Card required.
• Recent machine-operating experience and strong safety awareness.
• Ability to satisfy a Category 3 medical.
• Capable of physical labour and supervised work.

The Opportunity

Join a Pilbara site team carrying out practical civil and operating tasks. The role is based on site and works a 14-day-on, seven-day-rest roster, with Perth as the point of hire.

Your Work

• Assist with general labouring and supervised manual tasks.


• Support cable pulling and day-to-day site activities.


• Apply machine-operating experience to safe, efficient site work.


• Follow instructions, coordinate with team members and maintain work quality under project deadlines.
