Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support assurance and continuous improvement for a long-term urban rail tunnel and station maintenance programme. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with ISO standards and supporting audits across projects.

You will track corrective actions, prepare performance reports and coach operational teams to enhance quality and efficiency within a large infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Quality management experience or qualification is required.
• Experience with audits, governance and assurance activities is preferred.
• Exposure to continuous improvement and structured problem-solving is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance across quality, environmental, asset-management and safety systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 55001 and 45001.
• Control documents and support internal and external audits.
• Track corrective actions and update quality and project-management plans.
• Prepare trend and performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Provide quality training and coach operational teams.

The Opportunity

Support assurance and continuous improvement for a long-term urban rail tunnel and station maintenance programme.

Your Work

• Maintain compliance across quality, environmental, asset-management and safety systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 55001 and 45001.
• Control documents and support integrated internal and external audits.
• Track corrective actions and update quality and project-management plans.
• Prepare trend and performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Provide quality training, support root-cause investigations and coach operational teams.
  
  

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

• Quality management, engineering or asset-management qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
• One to three years supporting quality, audit, governance or compliance activities.
• Experience with audits, document control, quality checks and administrative or analytical assurance work.
• Exposure to continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
• Infrastructure, construction or maintenance experience is desirable; lead-auditor qualification is advantageous.
