Job summary

ARTC Rutherford is seeking an Infrastructure Maintainer to perform hands-on maintenance of rail track, including preventive and reactive tasks, and minor construction for upgrades. You will contribute to safe, reliable rail operations and work across corridors in outdoor environments.

Role requires a current manual driving license, High-Risk License, and ideally HR/HC license; training and mentoring are provided.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and proficiency in driving a manual car.
• Computer exposure - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and iPad.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
• High-Risk License and experience in operating heavy plant equipment
• HR/HC License or willingness to obtain or upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on rail track.
• Assist with minor construction for planned capital upgrades.
• Operate heavy machinery and welding as required.
• Maintain safety and quality through inspections.
• Work outdoors in various conditions, including overtime.
