Job summary

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) is seeking an Infrastructure Maintainer in Rutherford to perform hands-on track maintenance, inspections, and minor construction for upgrades. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adaptability in outdoor conditions.

You’ll operate heavy machinery, complete training, and contribute to reliable rail infrastructure across regions. A manual driving license and relevant licenses are required, with benefits including health programs and development

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and ability to drive a manual car.
• High-Risk License and experience operating heavy plant equipment.
• Construction industry induction (white card) and HR/HC license or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; good communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on rail tracks.
• Carry out minor construction for planned upgrades.
• General labouring, safety protection work and visual inspections.
