Job summary

Australian Rail Track Corporation Rutherford NSW is seeking an Infrastructure Maintainer to perform hands-on tasks maintaining ARTC's rail track and supporting the reliability of the network.

The role involves preventive and reactive maintenance, minor construction for upgrades, and operating heavy machinery. Applicants should have a current driver's licence, HR/HC is preferred, and strong teamwork and safety mindset. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and ability to drive a manual car.
• Computer exposure to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and iPad.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• High-Risk Licence and experience operating heavy plant equipment.
• HR/HC Licence or willingness to obtain or upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on ARTC's rail track.
• Carry out minor construction for planned capital upgrades and general labouring.
• Safely operate heavy machinery and perform welding when required.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with the team.
