Boral is seeking an experienced Terminal Operations Supervisor for the St Peters Terminal to lead safe, efficient, and productive daily rail operations. You will supervise a diverse on-site team, set expectations, and champion a safety-led culture while coordinating materials, quality control, and maintenance activities at the site.

The role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential future shift work.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, coaching and supervising employees and contractors to deliver safe and efficient operations
• Ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental management systems
• Actively influencing and role modelling a strong safety culture
• Delivering daily toolbox talks and completing shift handover reports
• Coordinating quality control processes and stock inventory
• Coordinating mechanical maintenance activities and liaising with stakeholders
• Driving accountability, consistency and performance standards across the team
