Qualifications

• Experience with mobile plant operation is essential.
• HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
• Quarry experience valued but not necessary.
• Self-motivated with a strong safety and quality focus.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Available to work a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
• Perform basic maintenance and keep plant clean.
• Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks and incidents reporting.
