Job summary
Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking an experienced signalling engineer to coordinate installation on a rail maintenance facility project at Ormeau, Queensland. You will connect design, procurement and construction assurance, preparing works for testing and commissioning handover.
The role requires engineering background, 3+ years in signalling or construction, and strong coordination and documentation skills to manage interfaces with designers, subcontractors and cross-disciplinary
Qualifications
- Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Experience in signalling engineering or construction (3+ years).
- Knowledge of signalling drawings, circuit books and rail standards.
Responsibilities
- Review circuit books, drawings, specifications and materials for installation readiness.
- Develop construction work packs, inspection plans and checklists.
- Coordinate procurement and material readiness and support with resources and sequencing.
- Manage technical queries and interface with designers and subcontractors.
- Maintain records for handover and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
